Return/Exchange Policy
We at Scope, stand behind the quality and intent of the products we create. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we want to make it right for you. We accept returns and exchanges on all Canadian orders, within 30 days of purchase.
Returning or exchanging an item with Scope is simple. All you need to do is contact us at info@scopey.ca and we will send you a return shipping label to assist in the request.
Please make sure you include in your request the following:
- Proof of Purchase (receipt)
- Item(s) you want to exchange/return
- Date of purchase
Items NOT eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Items that have been washed and/or worn.
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Non Apparel Items that no longer have their original packaging intact.
We would be happy to take any returns and/or exchanges at any of our pop up store locations. Please contact us directly to see where we will be set up next.
Exchanges are subject to available inventory. You may want to call ahead to confirm the exchange needed before coming down to see us. You can call ahead at 778-3631225 and Jo will be happy to assist you.
